Slovenia- Spring Tour 2009 ·
Everything on this trip has been going quite smoothly. I have been in Slovenia since Monday afternoon. We traveled by bus from Szombathely to Murska Sobata. I was fortunate enough to see the rural area of Hungary and Slovenia. Much of the ride we passed through rolling hills and farm land. Murska Sobata is a smaller city in North East Slovenia. For the last couple of days we have had a few practices along with some recovery at a local wellness center. The wellness center is very nice and we will be visiting it again to get our weight down for weigh-ins. I continue to grow in my wrestling getting tips from some other coaches who are here on the tour with us. We will be weighing in on Friday and wrestling on Saturday. I have heard that there will be 15 countries here for the Slovenian Grand Prix. I hope to do some site seeing with some other guys tomorrow. The next time you hear from me will be my last post of this tour which will be after the tournament. That’s all I have for now. I’ll keep you posted and keeping praying for my success.
